A thoughtful and simple set to adopt Gaurav. The one for me is connecting with the team-its a daily and non-negotiable behaviour.

There are lots of great reminders in this post!

I fully support all of them, but especially “End your day with 10 minutes of deliberate reflection.”

I find that reflecting on what I was able to accomplish, thinking about and learning from my mistakes but also my wins, and identifying my top priorities for the next day before I log off for the evening helps me feel more closure. It allows me to actually disconnect from work, which then helps me feel more refreshed when I return to it the next day.

I like celebrating small wins. That’s so powerful! People spend so much time focused on things going wrong, they should spend at least an equal amount of time on what’s going right. It’s important for motivation and engagement, plus there are as many lessons to learn from successes as from failures.
