A fantastic compendium.

The central thesis of my book "Beyond Slides" is that people focus disproportionately on hard skills and almost completely ignore soft skills.

Turns out, hard skills are table stakes: necessary, but not sufficient, to achieve a great career.

Such thoughts make me often concerned about humanity….

I was reading about ww2, saw people just boarded trains… as if opting into unknown destination& it didn’t end well… may be thats why i get concerned…
