The Reader Resource Library

All free subscribers to The Good Boss are part of The Good Boss Reader ecosystem. As a Reader, you have free access to a host of resources and tools hosted in your Reader Resource Library.

How to Access Your Reader Resource Library

Follow the instructions below to access your library.

Existing Users

Existing Readers who already have an account on thegoodboss.com should be able to access the library by simply logging in with their email/password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.

Navigate to the Resource Library Page: https://www.thegoodboss.com/library
If you get redirected to the Login Page (as below), go ahead and enter your login details.

Once you log in, you should get redirected to your resource library as follows:

New Users

If you don’t already have an account on thegoodboss.com, go ahead and follow the steps below (one-time only).

Step 1: Download the ‘20 Essential Leadership Tools for Every Manager’ Guide

Go to the download page for the guide
Enter your name and email address (use the same email as your Substack account)
Submit the form
Within a few minutes, you should receive two emails.

Step 2: Set up your Account on thegoodboss.com

Open the email with the subject line “Finish setting up your account now” which will include a “Set up password” button link for you to set up your account password.
Click on that link and it should open up a page to set up your password (as follows).

Step 3: Access your Reader Resource Library!

Congratulations! You should now have access to your Resource Library!

Here are different ways to access your library:

After Step 2 above, you should be automatically directed to your Resource Library page.
You should receive a second email with the subject “Important: Your access details for Reader” with a link to your library. You can click on that link to access your library.
Alternatively, you can simply navigate to the Resource Library page at any time (bookmark the link!)
